Fire Museum of Memphis
The IssueThe Fire Museum of Memphis (FMOM), wanted to improve the look and feel of its website to increase interest in and foot traffic to this exciting, local attraction. They also wanted to be able to manage website content in-house and provide the public with an online resource for purchasing FMOM merchandise and paying membership dues. The RequestMind Over Data was contracted to design and build a new website, featuring a customized Content Management System (CMS) with e-Commerce capabilities. The SolutionMind Over Data delivered an attractive website redesign, a user-friendly CMS and a reliable shopping cart system, all of which, uniquely cater to FMOM’s needs. The CMS allows staff to easily create, edit and publish text, images and other website content through an intuitive publishing interface. The shopping cart system, which accepts credit cards and PayPal payments, offers customers a convenient, secure shopping experience. Mind Over Data also provided training and documentation for using the new system and continues to provide monthly hosting & maintenance support of the site. |
