American Residential Services (ARS)/Rescue Rooter was looking to replace their outgrown Customer Service Quality Assurance database application with a more efficient solution.

ARS/Pricing Portal/Job Costing

ARS/Rescue Rooter wanted to add a pricing portal to their existing website to help them track, manage and analyze their job costing.



Ken & Lorin Appezzato needed an easy-to-use web tool to market beLinkt.com, their idea for a site which would allow users to create their own personal mobile web page (featuring videos, photos and text) and link it to the real world with a QR-coded Linktag.


Chris West wanted to rebrand his crowdfunding medical needs website, enhance its social media presence, make the user interface more intuitive and the donation process more secure.

Fire Museum of Memphis

The Fire Museum of Memphis (FMOM), wanted to improve the look and feel of its website to increase interest in and foot traffic to this exciting, local attraction. They also wanted to be able to manage website content in-house and provide the public with an online resource for purchasing FMOM merchandise and paying membership dues.

Global Package Delivery monitor

A Memphis, TN based overnight package shipping company needed a custom, web-based system, which would support the GPS sensor device in their new  shipment tracking & monitoring service, provide customers with a way to continuously monitor and manage their critical shipments, communicate with their business partners about in-transit shipment conditions and take action before products are compromised. 

GSL Episcopal School

GSL (a private, parish day school for students in pre-K through 8th grade) wanted to expand the outreach of their fundraising campaign by providing an efficient and convenient method of securely accepting online donations & provide donors with a monthly/recurring installments option. 

Hampton/NH Ordering System

Hampton Hotels wanted to improve the process currently being used by its new hotels to order their required “Make it Hampton” supplies. 

Hilton Garden Inn Ordering System

Hilton Garden Inns wanted to automate the method they had in place for ordering all the obligatory hospitality supplies needed to outfit a new hotel.

Homewood Suites/BM Ordering System

Homewood Suites by Hilton wanted to develop an automated system for ordering their new, brand-mandated, breakfast merchandising supplies. 

Homewood Suites/F&B Quest

Homewood Suites by Hilton wanted to incorporate interactive software and gaming technology into its new employee F&B standards training program.

International Paper

International Paper, the largest pulp & paper company in the world, needed a centralized system to maintain documents that were external to its Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) business management software and provide users with information regarding upcoming SAP changes.
